FAQ'S

1. How do I place an order?
First, select the artworks and choose the sizes and material you wish to order. Please ensure to include a border in your trim options if you are planning to get it stretched or framed. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click on "Continue Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

2. What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and online banking. We do not have a Cash on Delivery option.

3. How do I track my order?
As soon as your artwork ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number with the name of the shipping partner.

4. Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to process any cancellation requests for orders once they are processed. All our items are custom made, and we cannot make any size customization once the order is placed.

5. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns as all orders are printed on demand. However, if the item you received is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes to orders must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, no changes can be made.

7. Why do some artworks have faded and damaged marks on them? Will the print also have the same?
The majority of the paintings displayed on our website are over 100 years old. The prints will reflect the same damage seen in the original images to preserve the authenticity of the artwork. We do not use artificial photoshop corrections. The picture you see on the website is exactly what you will receive.

8. Will the print colors match exactly what I see on my screen?
There will be at least a 5% difference in the colors of the print compared to what you see on screen. Depending on the phone or system you use, the image may appear too bright and sharp, but the print will always have at least a 5% color change when it is printed.

9. Do you provide certificates of authenticity for the prints?
No, we do not provide certificates of authenticity. All items on our website are sourced from the public domain.

10. Can I upload my own artwork to your platform?
Yes, we are an open platform where anyone can share their paintings for uploading. However, we take intellectual property rights seriously. If you find that your artwork has been uploaded without your permission, please contact us immediately at avanearts@gmail.com, and we will take it down as soon as possible.

11. What is your shipping policy?
We need at least 2 to 3 days for printing and quality check. Delivery will take 4 to 5 days depending on the location. If you need express shipping, please contact us, and we will check with our logistics team and inform you of the options available. We only ship within the USA. All our products are manufactured in the US and shipped as unframed rolls in thick cardboard tubes. We do not ship framed or stretched products.

12. Can you print the image I give you?
Yes, we can print images you provide. Please email us the image you want us to print. Based on the quality of your image, we will let you know the best size we can print.

13. I want a bigger size of a painting, but you only have it in a small size. Can I get a bigger size?
The sizes of images displayed on the website are based on their resolution. We offer sizes where the picture will be crisp and clear. However, we will definitely check if we can get a bigger size for you. This is why some paintings are available in small sizes, and some are available in medium and large sizes.

14. Are the paintings ready to display? Will they be framed?
All our products are shipped as unframed rolls in thick cardboard tubes. We do not ship framed or stretched products, so customers can get the desired framing done themselves.
